Give Families a Bright and Joyful Christmas Season
Christmas can be a source of struggle and pain for families dealing with a financial strain. For the first 3 weeks in November, families can come to the Red Desk and sign up for our Christmas Shopping Program.
Registered shoppers receive an appointment card in the mail that notes the day and time they are to come shop.
Engage Young Children in Activities That Engage the Mind
Register now for this school year. Classes begin in mid-August. We offer 34 weeks of instruction for children who turn 3 or 4 by September 1. Our half-day classes meet Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. All classes include a healthy meal and great instruction.
Art in the City
Art focused creative sessions for school-aged children during summer break. This creative visual art program is led by local artists.
Staying socially engaged and actively involved in the community is important for protecting the health and well-being of seniors. Every 3rd Wednesday from September through May, seniors aged 60 and up throughout the community are invited to join us for the Golden Age Luncheon.
Provided by The Stansfield Circle, the luncheon offers a delicious lunch, bingo, and often visits with special guests. Reservations can be taken the week before the luncheon by calling us at 317-636-3466, extension 1. Seniors may also stop by the Red Desk.
For decades Fletcher Place Community Center has been helping the youth and homeless. Go through our programs and see how you can contribute to the betterment of the community.
